This is a workshop, not a lecture. Every week includes practical assignments, building on the previous work. You should have access to your website, Google Business Profile, social media channels, and an email marketing platform like Mailchimp.
You will create customer surveys, develop a strategy based on feedback and research, and apply new tactics to your existing digital platforms. By the end of the course, they won’t just have a plan; you will have already begun putting it into action.
